and here I was thinking it was a stamp carved on both sides. Do you ever do that or does it lead to poor transfers? Do people ever carve in silicone? (We have molding material left over and were thinking I could play with the consistency to make a rubber like material…. maybe stirring different proportions of talcum powder although I’m worried about inhaling any and not sure if it would stay inert once mixed in with the silicone.) I tried a bit and the image was quite clear and stamped clearly. It did not break out like the rubber hence the need to play with the consistency…
You can carve on both sides but I think the prints aren’t as good. I haven’t ever carved silicone, but give it a try and let us know how it goes!
Where did you get your grid stamps?
You can find them on Amazon: https://amzn.to/2WsWBhH
Thank you
The grid stamp linked to above no longer exists, Julie. Can you suggest something else?
