Samantha Kira Harding
Samantha Kira is an artist, crafter, writer, and sometimes video producer in the desert of Phoenix, Arizona, where she lives with her two pups and an overflowing closet of art supplies.
Her work has been featured in several Stampington publications, as well as Cloth Paper Scissors and the new book Photo Craft.
She’s a self-taught mixed-media artist who loves teaching and that little gasp of surprise when someone who thought they couldn’t make art suddenly does. I really enjoyed listening to your podast today while unfortunately being sick in bed. I found it to be truly inspiring and one of the things I heard you all saying is that “art begets Art”. In other words just show up at your table or journal or whatever it might be that you are using and START! The ideas will come if you allow them. Thank you for that because now I will try to get up and do something even if only for a few minutes.
