About 6 months later, Tricia (the owner then) asked me to start creating the project kits. \u00a0I loved coming up with ideas for the project kits and putting them together! \u00a0Soon, I was joining Tricia for her trips to CHA, so I got a good idea of how much work goes into putting together the main kit.<\/p>\n<p>Well, fast forward to 2010. I found myself having to leave my marriage of 11 years, with no work history for the last 8 because I&#8217;d been a stay-at-home Mom. \u00a0At that time Tricia happened to be pregnant, moving to another state and planning to close things down here at Cocoa Daisy. \u00a0I approached her and said I wanted to do it!<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><a class=\"asset-img-link\" onclick=\"window.open( this.href, '_blank', 'width=640,height=480,scrollbars=no,resizable=no,toolbar=no,directories=no,location=no,menubar=no,status=no,left=0,top=0' ); return false\" href=\"https:\/\/balzerdesigns.typepad.com\/.a\/6a00d8341c766153ef017c3575f8af970b-popup\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"asset  asset-image at-xid-6a00d8341c766153ef017c3575f8af970b\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" title=\"IM-nov-1\" src=\"https:\/\/balzerdesigns.typepad.com\/.a\/6a00d8341c766153ef017c3575f8af970b-500wi\" alt=\"IM-nov-1\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nI was terrified&#8230; leaving a marriage, moving in with my parents and starting a business all at the same time. \u00a0That was the worst, most stressful summer of my life! \u00a0But I knew I had to give it a try because it was the perfect scenario for me. I&#8217;d be doing something I love and I&#8217;d also be home with the boys.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"asset-img-link\" onclick=\"window.open( this.href, '_blank', 'width=640,height=480,scrollbars=no,resizable=no,toolbar=no,directories=no,location=no,menubar=no,status=no,left=0,top=0' ); return false\" href=\"https:\/\/balzerdesigns.typepad.com\/.a\/6a00d8341c766153ef017d3fa4d953970c-popup\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"asset  asset-image at-xid-6a00d8341c766153ef017d3fa4d953970c\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" title=\"Instagram-mini-front-cover\" src=\"https:\/\/balzerdesigns.typepad.com\/.a\/6a00d8341c766153ef017d3fa4d953970c-500wi\" alt=\"Instagram-mini-front-cover\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nMy background in graphic design from before I became engaged, including 10 years&#8217; experience as a Composition Manager, gave me the confidence to jump in and pray that God had placed this opportunity in front of me for a reason.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"asset-img-link\" onclick=\"window.open( this.href, '_blank', 'width=640,height=480,scrollbars=no,resizable=no,toolbar=no,directories=no,location=no,menubar=no,status=no,left=0,top=0' ); return false\" href=\"https:\/\/balzerdesigns.typepad.com\/.a\/6a00d8341c766153ef017ee7193d85970d-popup\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"asset  asset-image at-xid-6a00d8341c766153ef017ee7193d85970d\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" title=\"Jan---page-1\" src=\"https:\/\/balzerdesigns.typepad.com\/.a\/6a00d8341c766153ef017ee7193d85970d-500wi\" alt=\"Jan---page-1\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nIt&#8217;s been an amazing two and a half years!
