1. I believe in supporting fellow artists whenever possible.  Martha Richardson offers a large selection of the 6x6 stencils in her etsy shop.
2. If you're looking for a bigger selection, Blue Moon Scrapbooking has most of the stencils and stamps in stock and they offer free shipping (to the U.S.) for orders over $50. Scrapbook.com also has most of the stencils in stock.
3. In the U.K., a shop called Chocolate Baroque came up in a Google search.  They've got a good selection of the new stencils! Also Art From the Heart in the U.K. has a fantastic selection.
